Yesinfosolutions is the trade name of Soaker Technologies Private Limited, registered in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India. This policy applies to yesinfosolutions.com and covers every page on it.

The short version

This site does not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels, or any third-party tracking script. The contact form does not submit to a server. Nobody at Yesinfosolutions receives anything you type on this site unless you personally send it, as email, from your own email client. Everything below explains that in more detail.

What we collect

We do not operate a database, CRM integration, or backend behind this website. The contact form on the /contact page collects whatever you choose to enter (name, email, company, project details) only to compose a pre-filled email. When you submit it, your browser opens a mailto: link addressed to hello@yesinfosolutions.com using your own email application. That message is sent, if at all, by you, from your own account, exactly as if you had written it yourself. No copy of it passes through or is stored by this website.

If you email us directly, or a message reaches us through the contact form, we handle that correspondence the way any business handles an inbox: to read it, reply to it, and follow up on the inquiry it relates to. We don't sell, rent, or share that correspondence with third parties, and we don't use it for anything beyond responding to you.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising, or session-tracking scripts of any kind, as of the date above. If that changes in the future, for example by adding analytics to understand which pages are useful, this policy will be updated first and a cookie notice will be added at that point, not after.

Fonts

This site uses the Inter and Sora typefaces from Google Fonts, loaded through Next.js's built-in font optimization. The font files are downloaded once at build time and served from our own hosting, not requested from Google's servers when you visit the site. Your browser does not contact Google as a result of viewing this site's typography.

Hosting

This site is hosted on Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel's infrastructure processes standard technical request data, such as IP address, browser type, and request timestamps, to serve pages and keep the service secure and reliable. Vercel acts as our hosting provider (a data processor) for this purpose. You can read Vercel's own privacy policy at vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.

Your rights

If you are in the UK, EU, or another jurisdiction with similar data protection law, you have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you (limited, per above, to whatever correspondence you've sent us directly), request its correction or deletion, and object to how it's used. To exercise any of these, email hello@yesinfosolutions.com and we will respond directly.

Children

This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to this policy

If how this site handles data changes, for example if analytics or a form backend is added, this page will be updated and the date at the top will change accordingly.
