Yesinfosolutions is the trade name of Soaker Technologies Private Limited (CIN U72200UP2017PTC099238), registered in Uttar Pradesh, India. Soaker Technologies Private Limited is the data controller. This policy applies to yesinfosolutions.com and covers every page on it.

The short version

This site does not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels, or any third-party tracking script. The only personal data we receive through the site is what you type into the contact form and choose to send. We use it to reply to your enquiry and for nothing else. We do not sell or share it.

What we collect through the contact form

When you submit the form on the /contact page, your browser sends what you entered to our server. The fields are: your name, email address, company, what you need, your current system, project stage, budget range, timeline, and any message you write. Only name and email are required.

Our server does not store the submission in a database. It passes the details to Resend, an email delivery service, which sends them as a single email to our team inbox at hello@yesinfosolutions.com. Your email address is set as the reply-to address so we can answer you directly.

If you email us directly instead, we receive that message in the same inbox and handle it the same way.

Why we use it

We use your details only to read your enquiry, reply to it, and follow up on the project it relates to. For visitors in the UK and EU, the lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, and taking steps you have asked for before entering into a contract.

Who processes it

We use a small number of service providers, each acting as a data processor on our behalf:

• Vercel, which hosts this website and runs the server that receives the form.
• Resend, which delivers the form submission to our inbox. Resend sends email through Amazon Web Services infrastructure.
• Zoho, which provides our business email inbox.

These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States and India. We don't sell, rent, or share your details with anyone else.

How long we keep it

Enquiries stay in our email inbox for as long as we need them to respond and follow up. If an enquiry does not lead to a working relationship, we delete it within 24 months. If you become a client, we keep correspondence for as long as the engagement and our legal record-keeping obligations require.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising, or session-tracking scripts of any kind, as of the date above. If that changes in the future, for example by adding analytics to understand which pages are useful, this policy will be updated first and a cookie notice will be added at that point, not after.

Fonts

This site uses the Inter and Sora typefaces from Google Fonts, loaded through Next.js's built-in font optimization. The font files are downloaded once at build time and served from our own hosting, not requested from Google's servers when you visit the site. Your browser does not contact Google as a result of viewing this site's typography.

Hosting

This site is hosted on Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel's infrastructure processes standard technical request data, such as IP address, browser type, and request timestamps, to serve pages and keep the service secure and reliable. Your rights

If you are in the UK, EU, or another jurisdiction with similar data protection law, you have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you (limited, per above, to what you have sent us through the form or by email), request its correction or deletion, and object to how it's used. To exercise any of these, email hello@yesinfosolutions.com and we will respond directly.

Children

This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to this policy

If how this site handles data changes, for example if analytics or a CRM is added, this page will be updated first and the date at the top will change accordingly.
